As a sending organisation and consortium coordinator of domestic vocational training schools, we organise the implementation of international internships for students. With our professional experience we help vocational schools and provide expert guidance from the writing of the applications through the implementation of the project until the total financial settlement.

 

As an intermediary institution, according to the agreement with the sending organisation, HuMob provides all the necessary information during the application process and supports the sending organisation until the end of the project. When the project is carried out, HuMob organises the work placements according to the trainees’ educational background and foreign language knowledge, arranges accommodation, food and transport. As for the documentation, HuMob provides all the necessary documents and the Europass certification as well.

The aim of our company is to assist trainees in the labour market, not only in domestic fields, but also in international ones.

Although, HuMob is quite a new company, we have several years of experience in the management and implementation of EU mobility projects within the framework of Leonardo da Vinci and now Erasmus Plus programmes. We have managed projects for VET students, VET teachers for their professional exchange of experience. We have participated in different projects with Turkey, Portugal, Finland, Island, Norway, Germany, Sweden, Austria, Spain, Greece, Lithuania, England, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia and Italy.

 

Our staff is specialised in different fields of education, such as foreign languages, science and engineering. We have a high degree of proficiency in working with international students with different social, cultural and religious backgrounds. With our tutoring we help the participating students prosper in the foreign language environment and we share the duties with the accompanying teachers.
